* Replacement plate requests must now be made directly to PennDOT. You can find more information on their Registration Plate Reissuance FAQ page. Or you may email PennDOT regarding plate replacement at SpecialOrganizationPlateProgram@pa.gov.

Please note that a replacement plate is not always a duplicate of a previous plate. Previous designs are no longer available for production. Replacement of standard numeric sequence plates will have the newest artwork and the next available number in sequence. Personalized plates will have the newest artwork and will retain the customized portion.
